I thought the light colors aren’t so useful but now I guess I am wring. Picking a highlight, midtone and shadow color is a good idea. I have to start picking all over again 😂. But it ‘s fun testing colors.
I have a small tin that I take along with me, and I am constantly changing the colours in there. After a while you figure out which colours you use the most and are your favourites - mostly because they are the smallest 😂 and then packing for an outing becomes easier.

Yes! They are the perfect size. I collect them only for my neocolors.
