Yes, I have used a few of these art supplies, but not the same brands. And BTW, it was in my other life when I was much younger. Also, I used bees wax with oil paints. I have also used the retardant. But that was long ago. I became a calligrapher. Not a fancy one. At some point I did nothing. Now, (revealing my age)

I’m an octogenarian, and I’m hurrying to catch up and get with it.

I, almost feel that I’ve become a collector of art supplies. It is exhilarating.

Collecting art supplies is fun, even when your wallet hates you for it.

Really enjoyed this Nino and all those colours work beautifully together. Love that Naples yellow! I prefer Matt acrylics too. I’ve never tried the flashe paints but use Golden So Flat which I imagine is pretty similar.

I have been thinking of trying the golden so flat paints at some point, but where we live the flashe paint is cheaper, so I have been going for that for now.

Forgot to say that I really like that Talens Art Sketchbook because it has white paper 🙂 perfect fordrawing practice as it's not too expensive!

Yes! I love that this one is actually white. I thought that the paper would be cream, as with the other art creations sketchbooks, so I was surprised and delighted when I opened it earlier this week and saw that it was white.

No need to apologise. I’ve switched off all notifications while I sleep, so I’ll only see it in the morning.
